    Oxygen cycle is the 1st part of the cycle in which consumed by plants and enters the respiration process, turning oxygen into carbon dioxide.
    Carbon cycle is the 2nd part of the cycle in which consumed by plants and enters the transpiration process, turning Carbon dioxide into oxygen, water (H20) and energy.

    Carbon dioxide in carbon cycle is produced by plants, humans, animals
    Oxygen in oxygen cycle is produced by plants

    Both make up the atmosphere
