How you make a sentence of simple past tense?

first you need to know the grammar and that is
S+was/were+Ving or S+V2
the example :
I was going to amusement park yesterday

I went to amusemement park yesterday

dont forget to put the past time after the sentence like : yesterday ,2days ago,1 year ago,last week, or last night

Subjeck + V2(ed) + O/C
1. Siska Wanted to go to cinema a week ago
2. My friend drank chocolate milk yesterday
3. I ate my lunch an hours ago
